更早的時候，我們想延續一種幽默又無奈的感覺，刷馬桶這件事本身很無奈，卻也可以充滿幻想跟趣味。
全世界最美的一百部電影片單-導演功課
《電影筆記》2007年11月曾經作了一個「全世界最美的一百部片」(100 plus beaux films du monde) 專題。本專題由克勞德-尚․菲利普 (Claude-Jean Philippe) 策劃、執行，巴黎市政府贊助支持，七十八位影評人、電影史歷史學家投票完成。 « voix » 是指得到幾票。
平時愛看些不怎麼熱門的電影，這份資料顯然已過時，所列出的影片大部分都有點年紀，是因為這些電影是所有類型電影中的經典呢，還是他們所創下的成績後輩無人能及，無須太追究評選的脈絡是啥，很可能幾十年後名單上還是這些人，崇拜經典的人可以順便看看自己看過哪些....#是我所看過的

他們都鬼才也是頑童--Jean Paul Gaultier X Viktor&Rolf
走進北美館欣賞Jean Paul Gaultier 與法國現代編舞家Régine Chopinot 的美好合作，發現很多作品與近代來自荷蘭設計師雙人組Viktor&Rolf 有些相近之處，像是80年代《繽紛拼圖》跟《喘不過氣》系列，都使用縐網紗材料且加入3D幾何元素，以及《Anna》裡的士兵或粗壯芭蕾舞者服裝，都運用星星圖案增加劇場張力。或者說Viktor&Rolf只是不自覺地向Jean Paul Gaultier 致敬，再以更冷冽精簡的方式來演譯。

鏡頭下的模型城市-本城直季(Naoki Honjo)
移軸攝影(Tilt-shift photography)是利用鏡頭景深跟聚焦點位置的變化，來修正普通廣角鏡頭會出現的問題。日本攝影師本城直季(Naoki Honjo)以俯瞰的角度拍攝各城市的地景，當我們的視覺慣性被改變了，一切龐大的、崇高的、神秘不可近的現實都化為模型般比例的場景，像是無生命的人工產物，時空瞬間凝結在一個不可知卻又清晰的瞬間，不禁讓人假想，我們是如何抽離或置入如此龐大的生活框架。

其實早在本城直季之前，義大利攝影師Olivo Barbieri就已經在玩這樣的手法，我喜歡他拍的世界四大瀑布系列"The Waterfall Project"，有點像用micro拍攝地面上青苔，視覺衝突性強。

既然是鏡頭，同樣可以應用在動態攝影，澳洲攝影師Keith Loutit的黑色幽默反映出人類的渺小，世界多麼美好。

感謝也趣的展覽讓我發現這個好東西，還好有Photoshop的發明，可以省去昂貴鏡頭花費，當然也得有合適的source囉。

綠咖哩食譜
開始下廚是源自於對食物有那麼一點講究，吝於花大錢卻又挑剔外食，久之則成了一種嗜好，享受在作菜過程的專注跟平靜。
家中廚房簡陋，說是廚房充其量也只是登山用瓦斯爐以及小小的流理台，說也奇妙，這樣的小空間能創作的料理超乎我的想像。第一次吃到綠咖哩在英國朋友家，循著味覺的記憶，我試著用簡單料理包重現美味。
【快炒】
將洋蔥、馬鈴薯、紅蘿蔔入鍋快炒幾分鐘，起鍋備用。高溫可以幫助蔬菜釋出甜味，馬鈴薯鬆軟口感可以事先蒸熟。
【燉煮】
綠咖哩調理包、水、椰奶入鍋燉煮，椰奶厚實口感。放入【快炒】過的蔬菜，綿密及甜味的來源。
【香料】
任何時候放入薑片、肉桂粉(我選用清華桂粉)、小茴香子，讓味道產生更多層次感，消除肉類腥味。
【耐性】
香味四逸的食材在鍋內漫舞，時間隨心控制，我以馬鈴薯為標準。
【終曲】
放入雞肉、節瓜(永春市場尋獲)，為了口感彈性雞肉沒有斜切。
擺盤灑上青蔥、生辣椒當作視覺上的道具，指揮家完美上揚的休止符。
